At that time, the veggie garnish had banana blossoms, but it was changed to purple cabbage somewhere along the way. You can’t go wrong eating at a restaurant specializing in only one dish, the bun bo hue soup noodles. The service is fast, and the price is still reasonable. ”

Prices are very fair and the bun bo hue was very tasty. Meats include beef shank, pork feet, pork blood and pork sausage. They don't have beef brisket or tendons like other places but it's still good. Fast and friendly service is a plus so I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area ”
